Medjoul dates are another variety of dates which is grown traditionalism in Morocco and has found its way into the Middle East, Israel, and the US. It is typically the largest date in size with an approximate 4.5 to 5cm in length. They have a deep brown to dark reddish-brown in color with wrinkles on the outer layer. These dates are naturally sweet boasting a caramel-like flavor enough to give it a tag of 'the king of dates'. On the texture, Medjool dates have a tender and soft texture that easily melts in the mouth making it a perfect snack choice.
